IT Support Apprentice – Beyond Housing

Sep 2024 – Present

Providing first-line support for 800+ users, resolving tickets, and assisting with cyber security operations. Whilst Completing a level 3 apprenticeship and studying at middlesbrough college, developing hands-on IT support skills with exposure to networking, cyber security, and infrastructure improvements.

Executive Assistant / IT Support – Escape Games Teesside

Jan 2024 – Jun 2024

Led the complete redesign of the company's hosted PBX system, implementing improved call routing and failover protocols. Provided comprehensive IT infrastructure support including network maintenance, and system monitoring. Delivered high-level administrative support directly to the company director, managing scheduling, communications, and operational coordination.
